Siddhasana

Siddhasana

A relatively simple asana to acheive but a very important asana if done every day as it purifies around 72000 "Nadis" ( Channels through which nervous energy passes in the body. This is one of the positions for practicing Pranayama and meditation.

Sirsasana and Sarvangasana

I start with these two asanas and ensure that irrespective of the time spent each day i do these asanas every day. With regular practice of Sirsasana there is flow of pure blood to the brain cells enhancing the thinking power. Sarvangasana as the name suggests is an asana for all the angas or parts of the body and is a panacea for most common ailments.
